Mario Francesco Cardinal Pompedda, Grand Prior of the
Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George, released
an interview for the daily newspaper “Il Resto
del Carlino” .

The Great ball of the Debutants at Regina Palace Hotel
in Stresa
Saturday 30th October 2004 at the Regina
place Hotel in Stresa, 24 young girls from all over Italy
attended one of the most important balls of the debutants
of Europe, “Vienna on the Lake”, organized
with the contribution of the Sacred Military Order of
St. George and sponsored by the city of Vienna and the
Minister of the Foreign Affairs and of the Cultural Activitie,
by the Austrian Embassies in Italy and at the Holy seat,
by the region of Piemonte and by the town of Stresa.

This
charitable event has raised considerable funds,
which shall be used to buy new ambulances for the
volunteers of the Constantinian Cross who operate
in the emergency unit in the district of Novara. |

Benefit Concert in Palermo
The representative of the Sacred Military
Constantinian Order of Saint George, in Palermo, has opened
the first concert season with the duo Mariangela Lampasona
at the violin and Eva Collura at the piano who performed
music by A.Dvorak, L.V.Beethoven, Massenet and P.I. Tschaikowskj.

event took place at the Auditorium San Francesco
di Sales and the concert season will go on until
May 2005 with the intention to raise funds for Church
of St. Francesco di Sales in Palermo.

The delegate of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order
for Palermo guest of the Sacred Order of Malta, attends
the Celebration of the Blessed Gerardo Sasso
The delegate of the S.M.C. Order of St.
George for Palermo, Knight Antonio Di Janni, attended
the eucharistic ceremony of the consignment of the relic
of Blessed Gerardo Sasso, co protector of the Sacred Order
of Malta, to the Church of Odigitria in Marina di Caronia
(ME), and of the blessing of the statue of the saint.
Dr Di Janni was in attendance as a guest of the Order
of Malta. Also H.E. Don Carlo Marullo of Condojanni, of
the Order of Malta, dressed up with the ceremonial dress
of the Sacred Order, and the Prince of Casalnuovo, delegate
of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order for Sicily,
were present.
